With a deep respect for the body's innate ability to heal itself,
our team of practitioner combines centuries-old practices such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and therapeutic techniques to address the root causes of imbalance and restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.
Acupuncture
Involves the insertion of thin, sterile, single-use needles into specific points on the body which transmits signals to the brain and stimulates the person’s central nervous and endocrine system. This triggers the release of "feel-good" hormones and modulates the body’s response to pain. (A more thorough explanation can be found in the FAQ's).
Commonly used to treat pain, stress, anxiety, and various conditions such as headaches, back pain, and digestive issues.

Supporting Therapies
Cupping
Involves placing glass or plastic cups on the skin and creating suction by briefly heating the inside of the cup with a flame or a special device. The cups may remain stationary or be moved around the skin using massage oil for lubrication. It stimulates blood flow, promote relaxation of muscles and connective tissues, and encourage the release of toxins from the body's tissues.
It is often used to address various health concerns, including muscle tension, pain, and respiratory conditions.
Standalone Cupping Therapy - $50 (30 Minutes)
Cupping therapy is complimentary in First Initial Appointment and Follow Up Appointments, if applicable.
Moxa Spray
A therapy that involves spraying extracts of mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) on or near specific acupuncture points or areas of the body directly on the skin, followed by therapetic heat. Unlike traditional moxibustion, moxa spray produces no smoke, making it ideal for people with sensitivities to smoke.
It is believed to stimulate circulation, promote the flow of qi (vital energy), warm the body's meridians and acupoints, strengthen the body's defenses, boost immune function, alleviate pain and the discomfort of feeling "heavy or achiness" due to damp weather, and treat various health conditions.
Moxa is complimentary in First Initial Appointment and Follow Up Appointments, if applicable.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a healing technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool, typically made from jade or rose quartz. The goal is to improve circulation, release tension, and promote the body's natural healing process. The practitioner applies oil to the skin and gently scrapes the surface in long strokes using the Gua Sha tool.
Gua Sha is believed to relieve muscle pain, reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and support the immune system. It can also be used for respiratory issues, tension headaches, or stress.
Standalone Gua Sha Therapy - $50 (30 Minutes)
Gua Sha is complimentary in First Initial Appointment and Follow Up Appointments, if applicable.
Tui Na
Involves various manual techniques to manipulate the body's soft tissues, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The primary goals of tui na include promoting the circulation of blood and qi, relieving pain and tension, improving range of motion, and restoring balance and harmony to the body.
It is often used to treat musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, chronic pain, stress-related disorders, and various other health issues.
Tui Na is complimentary in First Initial Appointment and Follow Up Appointments, if applicable.
